Mike Dover, Managing Director/Partner
Mike is Managing Partner of Socialstruct Advisory Group. A highly connected research executive, Mike previously led nGenera Insight, a world-class think tank. He was responsible for operations, content quality, and client management for $9 million, multiyear research studies on the intersections among technology, business strategy and society including the groundbreaking Talent 2.0 Research Program. He led more than 200 professionals over the course of the programs. The research in these programs formed the basis for the bestselling books Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything and Grown Up Digital: How the Net Generation is Changing Your World.
Dover is an experienced public speaker and panelist who has delivered dozens of highly rated speeches about the role of technology, generations in the workplace, and popular culture.
Lisa Chen, Senior Analyst
Lisa is Senior Analyst at Socialstruct who provides clients exceptional insights through both quantitative and qualitative research. From over 15 years of experience, she has developed expertise in understanding today’s youth generation. She has held a variety of senior management, academic and consulting positions. Dr. Chen is known as an exceptional communicator who’s written and presentation skills are always well-received and highly rated. Previously, Dr. Chen was an Executive Analyst at nGenera Innovation Network, a community of thought leaders who provide insight for next generation enterprises in the 21st century.
While Senior Director of Youth and Education Research at both Crux Research and Harris Interactive, she directed a plethora of market research studies for youth marketers ranging from understanding the drivers of human decision making in consumer choices to insights for non-profit organizations and educators. From her tenure at Sesame Workshop, Noggin and Scholastic, she has extensive knowledge in children’s media use, multiculturalism/diversity, and website assessment.

Kevin is Director, Digital Strategy & Innovation at CEO Global Network, a leading executive development and coaching firm with a membership that includes many of Canada’s highest achieving CEOs and Executives. He is regularly sought out by CEOs and Executives for his advice on technology, collaboration and the use of new media in business development. He has worked with organizations in industries ranging from construction to professional services in Asia, Europe and across North America.
Kevin sits on the advisory board for LOKU30, a social network for young leaders and influencers who are the future of the industry. Kevin frequently speaks to audiences about the power of technology as an enabler of positive change, and he has been recognized as an emerging leader on both a regional and international level by Rotary International.
Haydn Shaughnessy, CEO at Cogenuity, Contributing Editor at Innovation Management
Haydn Shaughnessy was part of the team developing advanced communications experiments at the European Union during the early 1990s where he had charge of satellite communications. It brought him into contact also with the beginnings of commercial broadband communications, 3G mobile, road telematics, wired cities, audio-visual search, and telecoms strategy. More recently he was advised major corporations on innovation in product and service origination strategies and is now involved in developing new analytical techniques to better understand the web as a semantic resource. He was formerly a partner with The Conversation Group and now runs his own consulting practice. He is currently helping companies innovate in enterprise external data flows and enterprise and customer ecosystems.
He has written for web related issues for HBR.org, The Wall St Journal, Irish Times, Long Range Planning, Euromoney publications.
Rich Lauf, PhD
Rich Lauf brings extensive experience in the consumer package goods industry from his management roles with Procter & Gamble. Recently he has done major consulting engagements in the medical device industry. He is skilled at leading executive teams through strategic planning processes to exploit new market opportunities. In addition, his experience includes moving from market research findings to the creation of new business models in web-based and social media settings.
Rich’s doctoral studies focused on network science: the use of human, business and technical networks to reshape business, government and society. He has applied his skills to issues of the creation of deal syndication decisions among venture capitalists, social networks of medical patients, and the integration of new hires into existing organizations to speed them to full effectiveness.
